CTS acquires TEWA Sensors LLC. On February 28, 2022, CTS Corporation (NYSE: CTS) completed the acquisition of TEWA Sensors, a privately held temperature sensor provider headquartered in Lublin, Poland. TEWA Sensors LLC will join CTS' growing temperature sensing platform and share CTS' focus on providing highly stable and reliable ceramic technology. This merger strengthens the global reach and technical depth of both organizations.
