The CF3680 2D Imager Module for Customer-Facing Designs provides a self-contained 1D and 2D barcode scanning solution, whether it is decoding mobile phone screens, cards or paper. It offers contact or close-to-contact scanning operations so that the end-user can easily read any standard 1D or 2D barcode by simply approaching or touching the CF3680 2D Imager Module’s built-in exit window. Utilizing the latest Honeywell decoding technology, the CF3680 2D Imager Module is designed for use in global customer-facing OEM applications such as self-service kiosks, access control, vending machines, and fast food self-ordering kiosks.

The CF3680 2D Imager Module can help expedite product design and reduce total costs. Its all-in-one design consists of decoded 2D optics, housing, exit window, USB interface board and mounting holes, which simplifies integration into your fixed mount enclosure. The exit window dimensions comply with EVA (European Vending Association) requirements, and the window itself is constructed of scratch-resistant tempered glass. The device operates with safe white LED (Light-Emitting Diode) Class 1 Illumination and is laser-free.

  • Reduces total costs: USB interface board allows use of a standard USB cable (available locally) to connect the scanner to the kiosk, simplifying installation and reducing costs.
